Hey there,
It was great seeing people at our documentary night last week. For those who couldn’t make it, or for those who want a second watch, here’s a link to The Queen of Basketball, The New York Times’ short opinion-documentary film and Driftless: Stories from Iowa, by Danny Wilcox Frazier & MediaStorm.
For tomorrow’s meeting, we’re hosting a ~FUNKY~ CAMERA NIGHT, an annual NPPAOU classic. Bring your weirdest, funnest, oldest cameras, lenses, gear, film, knick knacks, or even your new gear too!
At the beginning of this email is our featured photo for the week, photographed and submitted by Ahmed Hamed. Submit your images here to be featured in next week’s newsletter and on our Instagram. The images should include captions, a filename with your first and last name, and be made in line with the NPPA Code of Ethics that we always hold ourselves to as a professional organization.
